Mr. Minh Ha-Duong
Science Director
Vietnam Initiative for Energy Transition (VIET)
 Dr. Ha-Duong is a senior scientist with international expertise in energy, climate change, society and economics analysis. He was lead author on Assessment Report 4 and 5 of the IPCC, co-awarded the Nobel Prize for Peace in 2007. He founded the Vietnam Initiative for the Energy Transition (VIET) quasi-independent think tank in August 2018. Dr. Ha-Duong is affiliated with the French National Scientific Research Center (CNRS). His scientific publications are available at http://minh.haduong.com, and his chronicles on Vietnam’s way to a carbon-neutral society are on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/minhhaduongdeparis/.
